Health Commitments for 2020

LISTEN to Dr. Tom Roselle, DC discuss setting health commitments and resolutions for 2020 by addressing your stressors with the Triad of Health.

A stressor is a chemical or biological agent, environmental condition, external stimulus or an event that causes stress to an organism.

Psychologically speaking, a stressor can be events or environments that an individual would consider demanding, challenging, and or threaten the individual’s safety.

The triad of health represents the three sides of our health that are affected by these day to day challenges. The balance of three health areas: structural, chemical, and mental, is the foundation of one’s health. An imbalance to any one or more of these areas can lead to health challenges, conditions, and even diseases.
